No. You pay month to month and can cancel whenever you like. There is no setup fee for the core product (optional online payments through your own payment provider account are a paid add-on we set up on request), and we take no commission on what your clients pay you.
Yes. The owner can download a full export at any time, free of charge: one data file plus a CSV for every table. After you cancel you have 90 days to export. Your data stays yours.
No. In Workout Studio, you send each client a personal booking link and the client books, picks a spot and cancels in the browser. An optional member app for gyms (Workout OS) is coming soon.
No. Workout OS and Workout Studio are software only. They run in a browser on your phone, tablet or computer. We do not sell hardware. If your gym already has a door or turnstile system, it can connect to the member list through our API, signed webhooks and CSV feed.
Both products have a free plan that works for good. Paid plans for gyms start at $79 a month and for studios at $24 a month, with no per-client pricing in Workout Studio. See the pricing page for every plan.
Member success (Client follow-up in Workout Studio) notices every night when a member's or client's activity drifts from their own normal, explains the reason with numbers such as "weekly visits 3.1 to 0.5", suggests an action and measures the outcome 14 and 30 days later. It uses explainable rules rather than an AI prediction, and it never sends messages by itself: staff send a personal message from a neutral draft. It is included in every plan.
