What do the prices include?
Every feature is included in every plan, member success and client follow-up among them, with one difference: the API is read-only on the free gym plan and fully open on paid plans. Otherwise plans differ only by capacity: active members and branches for Workout OS, trainers for Workout Studio. Prices are monthly in US dollars and exclude taxes.
Is there a setup fee or commission?
No setup fee for the core product and no commission. By default you collect payments yourself (cash, bank transfer, card terminal) and record them in the app. Online payment through your own payment provider account is an optional paid add-on that we set up on request and is not included in the plans; the money goes straight to your account and the provider charges its own fee.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay yearly and you pay for ten months, so two months are free.
Who gets the founder offer?
The first 50 founding customers (Workout OS and Workout Studio combined) get 40% off their first 6 months, then the normal price applies. A spot is taken with the first payment, and the code FOUNDING40 is applied automatically at checkout.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Billing is monthly and you can cancel whenever you like. You can export all your data first, for free, and you keep 90 days after cancelling to do it.
