Our marketing websites use no cookies. The panels use only strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why we do not show a cookie banner.

This version applies to customers who sign up from 3 November 2026 as soon as they sign up. For customers who accepted the earlier version 2026-10-29, it takes effect on 3 December 2026; until then the previous version applies to them. You can request the text of the previous version at support@workoutos.app.

1What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser and that are sent back to the site with each request. Local storage (localStorage) also keeps data in the browser, but it is not sent to the server automatically.
2Marketing websites (workoutos.app, workoutos.com.tr)

These sites use no cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media plugins or third-party tracking code. Fonts and images are served from our own server. Live information such as the founding counter is read from our API without cookies and without personal data.
3Panels (app.workoutos.app, studio.workoutos.app)
When you sign in to a panel, only what the service needs to work is used:

The member and client app uses no cookies; its session key is kept in the device's secure storage.
4Third-party pages
When you are sent to Polar's checkout page to pay for a subscription, that page uses its own cookies under its own policy. They are not under Laten Lukken's control.
5Legal basis and your choices
The cookies and local storage entries we use are strictly necessary to provide the service you request and therefore do not require consent (Article 5(3) of the EU ePrivacy Directive, UK PECR, Article 5(2)(c) and (f) KVKK).
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block session cookies you cannot sign in to the panels; the marketing websites keep working with default settings.
