Early access list and contact form privacy notice

Laten Lukken Yazılım Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Laten Lukken", "we"), Türkiye, email: support@workoutos.app. Workout OS and Workout Studio are products of Laten Lukken. This notice is provided under Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

• Early access form: your email address (required); your name, type of business and city/country (optional); the text, version, date and time of the consent you gave; the language you used.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Security: an irreversible hash of your IP address and the time of the request. We don't store your IP address itself.

We don't use cookies or tracking tools.

• To email you about our launch, early access and product news: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1); Turkish Law No. 6563 Art. 6).
• To answer your questions and demo or partnership requests: steps at your request and our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f)).
• To prevent abuse of our forms and fake sign-ups: our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing.

• Early access sign-up: until 12 months after our products launch, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, your sign-up is deleted immediately.
• Contact messages: up to 2 years after we reply.
• Security records (IP hash): up to 30 days.

After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your data is stored on servers in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) operated by Hostinger International Ltd., our hosting and email provider, which acts as our processor and only on our instructions. We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing. Under KVKK Art. 11 you also have the right to learn whether and how your data is processed and to whom it was transferred, to have corrections and deletions notified to those recipients, to object to decisions made solely by automated means, and to claim compensation for unlawful processing.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link in every email or by writing to us; this doesn't affect processing that happened before.

Email support@workoutos.app with enough information for us to verify your identity; we reply free of charge within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live (in the EU) or to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
